Our policy for Murphy is as follows:
* Exchanges Only: We do not offer cash refunds. All sales are eligible for exchange only.
* Damaged Items: If an item is received damaged, you must notify us within 2 days of delivery to qualify for a replacement.
* Standard Exchanges: For all other exchanges (such as size or style changes), you have 7 days from the date of delivery to contact us.
* Condition: To be eligible for any exchange, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
* Courier Costs: * For standard exchanges, courier charges are the customer’s responsibility.
* If the exchange is due to a damaged item, Murphy will cover the return shipping costs.

Murphy is not responsible for shipping delays, parcel loss, or damages caused by third-party courier services after dispatch. Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping addresses at checkout.
